A 10 minute private (one device) video call with an alpaca.
Over it! Need a pep up? ...a break from the mundane. Need to escape the four walls and 'go-country'. Need time-out from your two-legged co-workers, customers or house mates? Need to have a serious chat with an all-ears non-judging alpaca - then book in for a 10min 'alpacaccino'. Go put the kettle on, make a cuppa, practice a few humming noises and invite one of our alpacas to give you a video call.
If purchasing for a friend as a gift we'll put your message for them on our paddock message tressle (see above) and introduce your friend to the video call via showing them your message.
If you‘re ever feeling lonely, or perhaps a bit blue
Your stars aren’t aligned - You’ve no clue what to do
Try talking to an alpaca - He might have good advice
And even if he doesn’t - the experience is nice
So, If you’d like to make contact via Video or Zoom
And talk to an alpaca about the cause of your gloom
Be prepared for advice that is (hmmm) quite random I’d say
But be assured that an alpaca will brighten your day!

After you make the reservation for a call we'll contact you to confirm our availability to match the date and time that you requested above. If, together, we are not able to find an alternative date and time then we will refund 100% of your purchase price.
We find flatforms like Facetime, Zoom or WhatsApp work well.
Our mission is to make the video call happen and to provide up to at least 10min of online time with an alpaca.
In the case of the following (and only the following) we will refund 100% of the purchase price
1. No convienent date or time can be negotiated.
2. We are unable to make the call within 15min of the nominated time.
In the case where the call is unanswered (after several attemps within 10min of the nominated call time) we will refund 50% of the purchase price.
If technology lets us all down and we do not achieve a satisfying experience then we will end the call early and provide full credit for a re-scheduled call at a later date/time.
